You’re not catching me out with this one. Bob had enough anti-gravity coils to equip 13 plumbing units and each coil could manage one and a half tons, that’s only twenty tons, that wouldn't even lift half the number of Martians stuck on Earth, let alone the cylinder which weighs one thousand four hundred and twenty tons. Even with the entire cargo of anti-gravity coils from cylinder number eight the lift provided would only be sufficient to ease the strain not alleviate it entirely.
P.S.
Those are British tons not American tons.

Nice works again. Can't wait to see more of them.

Ok, fair enough.

The ever so popular puppy-dog-eyes trick. Great job as usual!

Hi Pete.
Getting close to the end now. And what a magnificent journey it has been so far. I have a little complaint about the religion of the wheel being too flippantly dealt with. For the wheel, such an integral part of mechanics to be band and stay band for millenia I think it would be a bigger deal all round for the consideration of it's use. Perhaps developing a breakaway secret sect, that is highly illegal and punishable by instant death would make it all work better. I know you are going for the comedy angle big time, but this could be a nice area to get a bit deep. The Martians are having to do the equivalent of eat pork if they are Jewish here, times 1000!
Loving it all the same. That's just me the writer speaking.
As for writing that's why I'm so absent lately. Got three writing commissions on the go, which are taking up all my time. Never been so busy. Plus the kids take up the rest of the time. Managed to get to see the Sex Pistols on Tuesday though. I was 38 the day before and Daisy 4 the day before that.
anyway I'll keep coming back for this masterpiece.
Bah bah black sheap April diamond spheres, Rigsby, Rigsby, Eight sided Pears.

Thanks Loz
Yes I agree, I would have liked to have taken the wheel scene a little further before the Captain caved-in. but I felt it would slow everything up too much, plus, it's the sort of thing you see in every-day life, when a kid wants something and the parents not complying to their wishes they just turn on the tears until the parent can't take any more.
I've not visited the forum for a few days either as I also have been busy lately; designing a colour chart for a range of sports mouth guards and a neighbor of mine has shown interest in my art work for a kids book he is writing, all about fairies (the little people with wings, not the other sort ) It's very strange, he's an ex-judo instructor and definitely does not look like the type of person to be penning stories about the wee folk, which just shows you never can tell.
Anyway I am determined to finish this comic, so many of my big ideas fizzle out before I reach the end, but not this one this one I will finish
It's good to hear about your writing commissions, what are they? Radio? Stage? Book? or TV?
Many happy returns to you and Daisy for last week.

Not on my thread you don't, you have your own thread for that.
I don't mind so much when you advertise your animations on this thread but I don't want it cluttered up with links to your Dragon Ball animation.
Why don't you create an animated signature advertising your thread?
