I agree with Aland. The art is getting even better. The shots are more filmic and the gore was fantastic. Great new section. Very funny too.

Cheers Andy & Loz I shall try to keep the quality up
I shall be starting a new Thread shortly with some of my favorite pictures from 'The Invasion o Earth' set to Desktop wallpaper ratio, but without any speech bubbles or text on, I'll post it in the comic section.

A magnificent addition to the series! (Of course, they all are, but I thought I'd better give Loz a REAL bit of Alland praise to agree with.)

No problem. I've never seen such a wonderful P.O.V. story of the War of the Worlds like this.
The Tempest is an advanced assault vehicle, which carries two heavy Heat-Rays and a Canister Launcher.

oh mate I have personally requested a membership here just so I could congratulate you on a truly amazing piece of artwork and comedy writing you have produced here, I've been reading this from start to current stage over the past 2-3 days and I've loved every single image. You have some incredible skills mate.
The only thing I don't like is that I've now got to wait for the the rest! Nooooooooo! haha, you've given me something to look forward to and that hasn't happened in quite a while i can tell you. The jokes just keep coming and coming and I'm loving how you tie in all these different very un-WOTW themes seamlessly.
I do have to make you aware of someone called 'Relyt' on another forum 'scifishock.com' (am i allowed to say the name? let me know) who has been praising your work here, quite rightfully and thankfully is the reason I have seen it and has given you some free marketing
my favourite parts so far are when the rain was making Bob's tripod malfunction and saying all that random stuff and even singing Daisy Daisy haha! (the water reflection effect was awesome btw)
Laughing also the way you add background comedy and dont mention it, just leave it for us to find, like Dirk getting squashed by the flat-pack tripod box being dropped from above.
Your ability to create special effects are astounding, for example the green trail left by the cylinders (in particular images 5 and 7), the explosions you create such as image 22 when they touch down on earth surface has an incredible amount of force and energy in it.
You even put tons of effort into the AdamWest/Batman'esque sound-effect text, my particular favourite being the 'CRASSHHH' on page 9 (image 190)
I really could go on and on mate, this is seriously cool work but its late and i need some sleep now,
I really look forward to updates dude, thanks so much for making this
you deserve the most prestigious smiley of all, the monkey:
good on you mate keep it up,
cheers!

Thank you very much 'mrgrotey'
that was a great post, I'm sat here now with a big, stupid grin on my face It's posts like yours and the other regular guys who keep this thread going, I just read some of the kind messages and it's like a drug to me, but without any of the nasty side-effects.
I will post the next section A.S.A.P, unfortunately other projects keep getting in the way
No problem about mentioning 'scifishock.com' I shall pop over there and see what 'Relyt' has been saying.
thanks again and welcome to the forum.
And thanks also to 'oever532' I wasn't ignoring you mate I just haven't been on the forum for a couple of days.
OK I have just been over to 'scifishock.com' and found 'Relyt' post Thank you 'Relyt' for spreading the good word. you're a gem.

I wasn't sure whether anybody got the Hal 9000 reference.
So are you another Dalek fan, like Loz?
