You certainly have a "Classic Rock" taste for such a young lad Oever...
How long did it take you to compile that lot?

Have you got any YES albums?
They're my favourite.

My taste in music vary quite a bit, I like Heavy Metal, Hard rock, Prog Rock, right down to Celtic folk and popular classical. I use music to help create moods for when I am painting, it all depends on what I'm painting at the time, if I'm doing a violent picture then I'll listen to Metal, if I'm painting a peaceful scene I'll choose something more appropriate.
I started collecting albums back in the late 70s, the first album I bought was 'Vangelis' Spiral' on cassette and the second was 'Jeff's WOTW'. When CDs became popular I started replacing all my cassettes with discs.
I now have approximately 900 music CDs and groaning shelves :D
Out of that lot it's hard to choose favourites but at the moment I'm listening to 'Scorpions, and a little known group called 'Arena'.

The Beatles are my fave band by far. I love all their songs and sounds. The Its The Beach Boys. Then David Bowie, Pink Floyd. I have everything by those I mention. All solo works too.
I love The Who, Led Zepplin, Yes, Frank Zappa, and many, many more.

I'm listening to the Kaiser Cheifs at the moment and Paul McCartney's new single.

I've just been listening to the album 'Equinoxe' of Jean Michel Jarre. That man is awesome. He's done many laser-light shows, and he even has played a laser harp! His music is also great! I strongly recommend the albums 'Chronology', 'Equinoxe', 'Oxygene', 'Oxygene 7 - 13', 'The Concerts in China' and 'Magnetic Fields'. You can find my personal favs of Jean Michel Jarre on the positions 52 to 55, 75 to 78, 87 to 88, 119 to 123 and 205 to 209 in my list...

I somehow think by most of my fav songs adventures with me and the characters on the image at the first ost on the WOTW IMAGE thread. By Oxygene part 4 for example I think that we're then swimming somewhere during the song. It's nice to have these nice songs have this kind of influence on me. :D
