No, not at all, I really can't see the point in breast augmentation and breast implants. All the time you are thinking 'these are not real' I prefer natural, size is not important. |

Well, I'm thinking that the photo might actually be of a woman with actual balloons stuffed into a dress, and some judicious Photoshop skills applied to blend the skin tone and 'connect' to the body. No surgery involved. Whatever is inside the dress doesn't seem to be affected much by gravity, nor does the poor woman's skin seem to be under any strain. In fact, the skin appears to conform to the pectoral muscles rather snugly, up until the large-round objects begin. We live in Photoshop world, after all. |

Yes they probably are full of air. They are inflated until the skin is tight the valve is just under the surface of the skin. after a couple of months the skin loosens enough for a surgeon to make a small incision pull out the valve and inflate until the skin is tight again, you can keep on doing this until the implant has reached it's max. this is the sort of implant you are not allowed to fly with, the reduced cabin pressure can cause the gas in the implants to expand and explode. Messy

Well, Plastic Surgeons are worse. Some women think they look prettier after paying a visit. Well I really dont care anything about it, but if I realize that some of my friends have to suffer badly after such a surgeon, then I'm gonna mess that surgeon up and force him to do either a proper job or to return her to the way she was (if it was a girlfriend). |
