She designs furniture for a company called DFS.
I remember thinking Linda Barker designs furniture for them, just as one of their lorries ran me over two years ago :shock: it's just one of the strange things you think of while being run over :lol:

When I was run over by a SCS lorrie I thought, Jees Martin Kemp fronts these guys. What a complete twat I thought. Why couldn't I have been run over by a DFS lorrie, then i could have been thinking about Linda Barker instead. See now you've made me jealous Lonesome.

I spent two days in hospital but only one night, the guy in the bed next to me snored so loud, :a009: I couldn't spend another night there so I lied to the Doctor and said I felt much better.
Dislocated shoulder, two broken ribs, badly bruised hip and concussion and he belived me. :a103:
Thank God for cycling helmets, is all I can say, I'm sure the one I was wearing saved my life, it had shattered on impact, I don't think my head would have fared much better if I hadn't worn one.

I heard about a couple being run over by a bus! The boy wanted to save his gf so he tried to stop the bus with one arm. That arm was completely shattered, he had several ribs broken, and his gf also sustained some serious injuries! Oddly enough, both survived through it all, and within several days they were completely restored!
