I got the idea from Heatray Projector's Avatar. Lets post some self portraits. I know Hers is done by her girlfriend but see if you can do your own in a cartoon style.

You think the hair being green is the weirdest thing about it???? I'll get scanner soon but most are too big for it so I need a good camera. |

You could do what I do, most of my paintings are too big for my scanner so I scan the image a quater at a time and then paste all the bits together like a big jigsaw puzzle this is one of the largest pictures I have scanned it was an A1 size poster and it took 8 scans. |

Yes it is a good picture isn't it, it's by Peter Elson and I'm surprised Jeff hasn't bought the rights and added it to the new CD collection art work  it's as good as anything in the booklet and better than a lot of them.
A4 scanners usually have a raised frame around the glass screen if you butt the edge of your papper up against this, the angle should be constant. |

I didn't know whether to post these here or in the new 'Our Horror Show' thread, But it is me under all that over-painting so I suppose they are self-portraits  . 'The Lurking Fear' one you have already seen over on the 'Call of Cthulhu' thread. The Iron Maiden's EDDY was done by me sticking my head in a scanner (WARNING if you try this keep your eyes closed, that light is bloody bright) no make-up was required for this picture, this is what happens when you stick your head in a scanner
