What do you think of all the TV spots being released? Do you think there are too many now? Are you watching them all? |

No I haven't seen them all, there's no obligation to watch them, so I can't see any problem with there being so many. The more the merrier, I say I've just seen No.6 and it looks pretty good, you see a fighting machine's foot and its huge It's the same shape as the alien hand holding the earth in the poster. |

It's great to see more and more footage from the movie but it does get a little confusing when talking about the things. When people start talking about a particular part, I sometimes have to try and figure out which trailer people are talking about.. and that's a nightmare finding the right one with all the stuff I have in my dedicated WotW folder on my harddrive. But I agree with Lonesome... the more the merrier! |

All these trailers are adding to my new found desire to see this film. I hated the idea of it purely based upon the fact that I think an origional setting version would be better. I still think that and Jeff Wayne will deliver that for me albiet with CGI characters. Pendragon I thought would also deliver a great period version, but I have turned on them for building my hopes a bashing them against trees. But this version does look great. Its a shame they aren't Martians and its a shame they don't contract MRSA but I'm looking at it now as a pretty fantastic looking homage to the origional work. I look at it as an alternate universe version of the origional story. |
