Hello anyone, this particular forum dosnt look enormously active atm :p But regardless, a couple questions:
Anyone know how to fix the music issue with the game? As in, make it play in XP. And while you can play it in media player while playing the game, its not quite the same...
Also, anyone succeeded in running a multiplayer game?? Cos that would be awesome, give the game so much more longevity. The one time i tried it we could connect, but the game crashed almost instantly upon starting :p
I just started playing the game yet again, ive done this several times I think

I love the game too, and necer had any problems with the music playing in the background as it should. Is this because you needed a patch. Mine won't load up on my current computer.
Your best bet is Oever. He is huge fan of the game. Hopefully he will come here soon, as he always does and help you out.
I've never heard of anyone succesfully multiplaying it. That would be great.

Neither did I, but I am more working with ambient sounds. The game runs perfectly on my PC and my laptop... and they BOTH have Windows Vista!
Too bad I too can only access the in-game music with Windows Media Player...

But I still have fun with the game. I tend to let the AI build all structures and defenses; I add some when I need some. Besides, it's fun to see structures being placed where you NORMALLY CAN'T place them AT ALL!

It's a special 'spy' method. Just rename your current Human game to the Martian game or vice versa, and you're playing for the other side of your game!
