For commercial gain, no. You may get away with a fan flick. Just remember that the music is Jeff's art, his creation, and nobody but him should be able to do anything with it. There are fan flicks on he net, which use bits of his music. there are links to them in some of the posts. |

If the music is going to appear in a work of media, it's safest to ask JWM (Jeff's company) first, just in case. As Admin on Jeff's website I've been asked to help several people get in contact with his 'people' to get permission to use Jeff's work in various projects and there have been no problems so far. As a rule of thumb, if there's no financial gain involved and you don't intend to distribute it, there probably won't be a problem. If you want to get in touch with JWM just to be sure, PM me and I'll arrange it for you. |
